General
The introductory call is a free 15-minute online conversation — a gentle, no-pressure opportunity for you to share a little about where you are and what you're looking for. There's no expectation or commitment. It's simply a chance for us to connect and explore whether working together feels right for you.
If you're unsure, that's completely okay — and actually quite common. The introductory call is a great place to start. We can talk through what you're experiencing, and I can offer some guidance on which approach might be most helpful. Sometimes people come in expecting one thing and discover something entirely different serves them better.
All sessions are currently offered online, via video call. This makes it possible to work together regardless of where you are in the world. Distance Reiki is equally effective as in-person Reiki — energy is not limited by physical proximity. Online counselling, tarot readings, and meditation sessions all translate well to the virtual space.
The most important thing is to come as you are. You don't need to prepare anything specific. Finding a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed helps. For Reiki and meditation sessions, you might like to be lying down or seated comfortably. Beyond that — simply being open and willing is enough.
Absolutely. Everything shared within our sessions — and in any communication before or after — is held in complete confidence. Your privacy and safety are non-negotiable.
Intuitive Tarot Card Reading
Not at all. Tarot works primarily as a reflective tool — a way of surfacing what's already present in you. Many people who approach it with scepticism find it surprisingly helpful, simply because of the quality of conversation and reflection it creates.
Tarot is not about predicting a fixed future. The way I work with tarot, it is a mirror for the present — reflecting patterns, energies, and possibilities that are alive in you right now. The future is not fixed, and you are always in the driver's seat.
Past Life Regression Therapy
No. Regardless of your beliefs about past lives, the process can be profoundly helpful. What arises during a session — whether you understand it as past life memory, deep imagination, or something else entirely — can offer genuine insight and healing. The experience is what matters, not the label you put on it.
Yes. Sessions are approached with great care and gentleness. You are always in control and can return to full conscious awareness at any point. The process includes thorough grounding both before and after the session, and I provide integration support following the experience.
Reiki Healing
Yes. Distance Reiki is just as effective as in-person Reiki. Energy is not constrained by physical distance, and many clients find the experience of receiving distance Reiki deeply relaxing and impactful. You simply need to be in a comfortable, quiet space during the session.
Every experience is unique. Common experiences include deep relaxation, warmth, tingling sensations, emotional release, or a sense of calm and clarity. Some people fall asleep. Others feel very little during the session but notice subtle shifts in the days that follow. There is no 'right' experience — whatever arises is exactly right for you.
Mental Health Counselling
Counselling simply means having a structured, supported conversation with someone trained to listen without judgement. The first session is usually a chance to get to know each other, understand what's brought you to seek support, and begin establishing a safe space together. There's no pressure to share anything you're not ready to share.
This is different for everyone and depends entirely on what you're working through. Some people find a handful of sessions transformative. Others prefer longer-term support. We'll review regularly and always work at a pace that feels right for you.
Meditation for Stress Relief & Mindfulness
Yes — and the good news is, quieting the mind is not actually the goal of meditation. Noticing that the mind is busy is itself the practice. These sessions are designed to be practical and demystifying, meeting you exactly where you are and giving you techniques that work in real life, not just in an idealised meditation setting.
Courses
Courses are designed to be self-paced, so you can work through them in a way that fits your life. Cohort-based or live versions of certain courses may be offered periodically — details will be shared via the events page and mailing list.
No prior experience is needed. All courses are designed to be accessible to anyone who is curious and open to exploring their inner world, regardless of background or familiarity with these topics.
