A Little About Me

Every individual carries the capacity to heal and grow. My role is to gently guide you through practices that help you reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and move forward with greater awareness and peace.
I am a Reiki practitioner, mental health counsellor, and tarot reader with a background in yogic philosophy and holistic therapies. Vyana began from a deeply personal place — a search for healing that felt authentic, integrated, and human.
The name Vyana comes from Vyāna — one of the five vital energies in yogic philosophy, representing the force of movement, connection, and circulation that flows through every part of us.
